Baggage Policy

  1. 1. Passenger Responsibility

    Passengers are responsible for the care and custody of their belongings during the journey. It is recommended that each passenger supervises their baggage and keeps it under control at all times. The company is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

  2. 2. Sports Equipment

    For passengers transporting surfboards, the following conditions apply:

    • No Fins: Surfboards must be transported without fins to prevent damage during transit.
    • Protective Bag: Surfboards should be placed inside a bag or cover to avoid scratches and other damage.
    • Location: This type of baggage will be stored on the top of the shuttle, where it will be secured during the trip.
  3. 3. Baggage Limitations

    Each passenger is entitled to bring:

    • – One suitcase with a maximum weight of 25 kg.
    • – One personal item (such as a backpack or handbag).
  4. 4. Additional Baggage

    Any additional baggage exceeding the stated limitations will incur an extra fee. Passengers are encouraged to notify company staff in advance if they need to transport additional luggage.

  5. 5. Loading and Unloading Process

    Company staff will assist with the loading and unloading of baggage; however, it is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure their baggage is properly labeled and that all belongings are retrieved from the shuttle at the end of the trip.

    • – Ensure your baggage is securely closed and labeled with your name and contact number.
    • – Avoid carrying valuable items in checked baggage. It is recommended that valuables be transported as carry-on luggage.
